Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 08, 2026

Welcome to Timeless Portraits (accessible from https://www.javedhashmi.org/). By accessing our website and placing an order for custom handmade portraits, oil paintings, or pencil sketches, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Artwork and Orders

All portraits and artworks showcased on Timeless Portraits are 100% handmade by our artists based on reference photographs provided by the clients.

• Reference Photos: The final likeness and quality of the portrait heavily depend on the clarity, lighting, and resolution of the reference photograph provided by you.
• Artistic Interpretation: As hand-drawn and hand-painted art involves individual artistic expression, minor artistic variations from the original photo may occur. This is not considered a defect.

2. Payments and Pricing

• All prices for custom portraits are quoted based on the size, medium (oil, pencil, etc.), and complexity of the artwork.
• Orders are processed only after receiving the agreed advance or full payment, as specified during the order confirmation.
• International and domestic shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated to the client prior to order finalization.

3. Production and Delivery

• Creating a handmade custom portrait takes time (typically ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the workload and complexity). Estimated delivery times are approximations.
• We ship through reliable third-party courier services. Timeless Portraits is not liable for delays caused by customs clearances, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

4. Revisions and Approvals

For custom commissions, we may share progress updates or digital drafts (where applicable) to ensure satisfaction. Major changes requested after the artwork has been completed or advanced stages of painting/sketching may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, artwork designs, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Timeless Portraits. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation of any artwork or images is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Timeless Portraits shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or delivery delays of physical art pieces through third-party logistics.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
